Stop. You’re putting everyone at risk.
If you were to die tomorrow, what would happen to all the families, children, parents, friends that make their living from your business?
You can’t keep being the fire-starter and the follow-up. You can’t be the one who holds the thread in every room, every time.
That’s where UnbreakableOS™ started for me. As an idea to fix my own problems as a CEO. I wanted to build a system that prioritized stewardship over scale - built through a Biblical lens.
I’d been in the game long enough to see what works and what doesn’t. Most systems I tried only worked if the person at the center stayed strong. Held every piece. It created concentration risk – and as a former banker I don’t like that.
It’s also a trap for that person, who’s involvement will keep growing as the business does.
I needed something that could run without me. Something that honored stewardship, not just speed. Something that moved the mission forward, no matter who was holding the baton.
Every other system I tried worked - some worked really well. But for what? To 10X? To 100X?
They all lacked one thing: a Biblical lens as the foundation.
Not “values” sprinkled on top but a real, unapologetic framework built with the Truth as it’s lens.
It starts with understanding the three domains (read more here) that carry the weight of your business. Every organization has them, whether they name them or not:
Then come the annual goals. Only for the calendar year.
From there, each team begins enters monthly execution cycles - short sprints where they get to pitch what they’ll do that month to move those goals forward. Each pitch is approved / deleted / or banked. Then execution is tracked. No long meetings. Systematic execution, cycle after cycle.
Here's that process visualized...
Even if one domain isn’t being “led” day to day by the same person - the system still drives it forward. That’s the beauty of it. It doesn’t lean on any one person.
It’s one of the most practical ways I know to honor the responsibility and stewardship of leading. To build something that can last without you.
If you are a builder who wants a system to run your business - I’d love for you to experience UnbreakableOS first hand. Early access to the system opens Q4 of 2025.
It’s not a course. It’s a system.
